Personality: As old as he may be by human standards, Bumblebee is actually quite young for a Cybertronian - and it shows. Excitable, eager, and fiercely loyal, Bee desperately wants to live up to - and, if he can, surpass - the expectations of those he looks up to, and takes great delight in managing whatever stunts are necessary to achieve that (partly because he can be, frankly, a bit of a show-off).

In many ways, of course, he's already managed that, time and time again. Bumblebee has spent most, if not all, of his comparatively short life as a soldier, and for all that he still behaves like a teenager, he is not by any means innocent or harmless. As excitable and affectionate as Bee can be toward those he likes, and as loyal to those he respects, he is absolutely merciless when it comes to dealing with those he considers enemies, not hesitating to literally tear an opponent apart if that's what it takes.

In addition, Bumblebee is highly dependent on feeling useful; it's not that he often worries he isn't, as he's actually pretty confident in his abilities. If, however, something happens to disable him for a while - like, say, finding himself unable to use his vehicle mode or weapons thanks to an injury - it doesn't take long for him to become frustrated and restless, something which isn't really helped by the constant excess of energy that he usually burns off with activity.

Rockstar Persona: Eager and enthusiastic, Bevin Brantley (commonly known simply as B) has been set on stardom since childhood (though some may argue that he kind of still is a child). Now that he's got his chance, he has no intention of letting it go to waste. B works hard to be the best he can at his job, and pushes his bandmates to do the same; for the most part, he's just aggressively encouraging, routinely suggesting extra practices and rehearsals - and he may react with frustration if he gets the impression that one of his bandmates doesn't care "enough" about what they're doing.

In many ways, B isn't too much different from his pre-brainwashing counterpart - he's fiercely loyal to his band, often to the point of becoming physically aggressive toward anyone who causes trouble for them. In general, he's never been one to shy away from a fight, and has no qualms about starting trouble in public - though he is not particularly likely to, say, eviscerate anyone with his bare hands. Just... punch them a lot.

In addition, B's pride in his skills and his need for approval give him a definite tendency to be, frankly, something of an attention-seeking showoff. If people are talking about him in an even remotely positive way, he's happy, whether the subject is his musical skills or his most recent public fistfight (as long as he won).
Ideal CR: Having him be close to them would be good, but I'm not all that picky!
